Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of essentras.com and any services we provide. By creating an account or placing an order, you accept them. If you don't, don't use the service.
1. Who we are
"Essentras," "we," "us," and "our" mean Klinios Enterprises LTD, a company incorporated in Cyprus under registration number HE481857, with its registered office at Efesou 9, Paralimni, 5280, Cyprus. Contact: support@essentras.com.
"You" means the person or organization using the service. Most of our customers are businesses; these terms are written on that assumption. If you're an EU consumer (B2C), additional consumer rights apply that override anything conflicting in these terms.
2. What we do
Essentras is a marketplace and managed-service platform for content placements (sponsored articles, link insertions, newsletter mentions, podcast reads) on third-party publishers and creators. We:
- Source and vet publishers
- Match advertisers to placements using filters, AI scoring, and human review
- Handle pitching, payment, and quality control
- Provide analytics on delivered placements
We are an intermediary. We do not own most publishers we list and we don't control their editorial decisions. Where we provide done-for-you services (writing, outreach), we act as your agent.
3. Eligibility + accounts
You must be at least 18 and have authority to bind the entity you're buying for. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including the actions of anyone you give access to.
Keep your password safe. Tell us at support@essentras.com within 24 hours if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, attempt fraud, file unjustified chargebacks, or harm the platform's reputation. We'll give 7 days' notice for non-fraud terminations and refund any unspent balance.
4. Orders + delivery
Each order shows: publisher, price, link policy, turnaround time (TAT), word count, and any add-ons. Placing an order is your offer to buy; we accept it when we send order confirmation.
We're paid for placement, not outcomes. We don't guarantee traffic, ranking improvements, conversions, or any specific SEO or PR result. Where indexing status is uncertain, we mark it as MAYBE so you can decide.
Delivery is complete when the article is live at the agreed URL with the agreed link(s), in line with the destination publisher's standards.
5. Pricing, taxes, payment
Prices are in USD unless shown otherwise. Quoted prices exclude any applicable VAT, sales tax, or withholding tax, unless we state otherwise on the order. EU B2B customers may be subject to reverse charge VAT and should provide a valid VAT ID at checkout.
Accepted methods: card (via Stripe), cryptocurrency (via Cryptomus), and bank transfer (on request, above $5,000 USD). Card payments are subject to Stripe's terms. Crypto payments are final once the network confirms; refunds in crypto are settled in USDT/USDC at the exchange rate at refund time, not at order time.
Late invoices (bank transfer orders only): 1.5% per month, plus reasonable collection costs.
6. Content restrictions
We won't place orders involving:
- Gambling, betting, online casinos
- Adult content; escorts; dating with adult focus
- Recreational drugs (CBD case-by-case)
- Weapons, ammunition, tactical gear
- Cryptocurrency scams (rug-pulls, guaranteed-return schemes, fake exchanges)
- Multi-level marketing recruitment
- Hate speech, harassment, content targeting protected groups
- Anything that violates the destination publisher's editorial policy
- Anything illegal in Cyprus, the EU, or the destination publisher's jurisdiction
Some niches (finance, health, crypto, pharma) carry a sensitive-niche surcharge shown at checkout. We accept them; we just price them higher because of outlet risk.
You're responsible for the legality and accuracy of any content you supply. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use, edit, and distribute that content for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
7. AI Match, AI Score, and recommendations
Features like AI Match and AI Score use machine-learning models (third-party and internal) to suggest publishers and score campaigns. These are suggestions, not advice. You make the final purchase decision. We don't guarantee that any AI-generated recommendation will produce a specific outcome.
We may use your campaign briefs (anonymized) to improve matching quality. We do not sell your data. See the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
We own the platform, its design, copy, and software. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for buying placements.
You own the content you supply and grant us the rights described in section 6.
Articles placed on publishers are owned per that publisher's standard terms (usually a transfer or license to the publisher). We disclose unusual terms at checkout when we're aware of them.
9. Refunds + cancellations
See the Refund Policy. It is part of these terms.
10. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback before contacting support@essentras.com, you forfeit the replacement option and may have your account suspended pending resolution. We'd rather refund you than fight a chargeback. Reach out first.
11. Warranties + disclaimers
We warrant that we'll provide the service with reasonable care and skill, and that placements will be delivered as described.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, all other warranties (express or implied) are excluded. The service is provided "as is" beyond what's explicitly promised.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited under Cyprus or EU law.
Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service, in any 12-month period, is limited to the greater of:
- USD 1,000, or
- the total fees you paid us in the prior 12 months for the order(s) that gave rise to the claim.
We're not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost goodwill, or lost opportunities, even if we knew they were possible.
13. Indemnification
You'll indemnify us against third-party claims arising from: content you supply that infringes IP rights, content that's illegal or defamatory, or your breach of these terms.
14. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control: war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disaster, pandemic, government action, internet or hosting outage, publisher bankruptcy or shutdown, or third-party service failure (Stripe, Cryptomus, hosting, etc.).
15. Confidentiality
Briefs, account info, and order details are confidential. We use them to fulfill orders and improve the service. We share with subprocessors as described in the Privacy Policy.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to active customers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance. If you don't accept, close your account; we'll refund any unspent balance.
17. Governing law + disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes go to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Famagusta, Cyprus (sitting in Paralimni), except that:
- EU consumers may bring claims in their country of residence.
- Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect IP.

18. Entire agreement
These terms (plus the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between us. They replace any earlier discussions or representations. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
19. Assignment
You can't assign these terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.
